Competitive Bodybuilding is a discipline that requires a lot of conviction and determination. This has also allowed me to evolve in my personal life. I've learned not to give up when I have a goal or purpose in mind. It requires me to put in practice all the processes that make up this lifestyle. Being a Pro demands that I make my nutrition and training a top priority all the time, wherever I go. I feel that the more I work on my mind-muscle connection, the better I get. Perseverance and discipline are the great foundations of being a bodybuilder, because a small detail or mistake could prevent your evolution to the next level.

MY CURRENT WORKOUT SPLIT
Monday: Back
Tuesday: Chest and Arms
Wednesday: Quads and Hams
Thursday: Shoulders and Calf
Friday: Back and Traps
Saturday: Chest and Calf
Sunday: OFF
Cardio and Abs every day in the morning 30-45 min

MY FAVORITE WORKOUT – ARMS
I really love to train my arms with super sets.
Before I start, I make sure I have a good warm up so I can make sure my tendons and joints are really warmed up.

First Super-set: Standing barbell curls with rope triceps extension
Second Super-set: One arm preacher curl with skull crushers
Third Super-set: Concentration curl with reverse grip cable extension
Fourth Super-set: Hammer dumbbell curl with bench dips

MY TYPICAL DIET 6 WEEKS OUT
Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 100 g meat, 1 cup oats, 1 scoop PRO 100, 1 scoop BCAA 9.7
Meal 2: 10 oz chicken, 1 cup rice
Meal 3: 10 oz steak, 12 oz potatoes
Meal 4: 12 oz white fish, 1 cup of rice, 1/2 avocado
RIGHT AFTER WORKOUT – 2 scoops PRO 100
Meal 5: 8 oz chicken, green vegetables, 1 scoop BCAA 9.7
Meal 6: 10 oz fish with asparagus
Food 7: 8 oz chicken, vegetables 1 scoop BCAA 9.7

MY FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL
Burgers and fries. Chocolate cake. Bread with peanut butter and Nutella.
