DATE OF BIRTH: January 23, 1978, North Dakota, USA
CURRENT RESIDENCE: Tacoma, Washington, USA
HEIGHT: 6'2" (187cm)
CONTEST WEIGHT: 290 lbs (132 kg)
OFF SEASON WEIGHT: 330 lbs (150 kg)

I have a powerlifting and football background, which is how I found bodybuilding. Spending time working so hard in other sports, taught me a lot about how to put your mind into things. Bodybuilding was the natural by-product of all that weight lifting and grid-iron.

A few years ago, I was given the opportunity to purchase the gym that I had been working at and training clients at for several years. I changed the name and re-branded it, and now G-Standard Gym is the Mecca of the Pacific Northwest. I am extremely proud of what the gym is becoming. It's the perfect job for me as a bodybuilder. The gym is my passion and my daily obsession. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction that when other people train at my gym and overcome obstacles or reach their goals.

MUTANT has given me a platform to help me reach more fans than ever before. I love traveling to meet everyone in the industry, and catch up with old friends. My competitive history is long and grueling. However I love the mental and physical challenges that bodybuilding presents. My diet is the largest part of my results so I focus intensely on the food. My goal with MUTANT as an athlete is not only to leave my mark as a positive, relentless competitor, but also as a successful business man.

MY CURRENT WORKOUT SPLIT
2 days on, 1 day off
I split body parts up to a major and a minor each session.

Day 2: Chest, Triceps, and Calves
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Back, Biceps
Day 5: Shoulders, Traps
Day 6: Rest

MY FAVORITE WORKOUT – DELTS
Dumbbell Laterals – after warm ups, 4 X 8-15, usually ending with a strip set down the rack.
Hammer Machine Press – warm up with 2 plates a side, then some working sets with 4 plates for 3 X 6-8.
Sometimes I'll do Smith Machine instead.
Rear Delt Machine – 4 X 15
Cable Front Delt Raise – 3-4 X 10-15reps, last set is a drop set
Dumbbell Shrugs – 4 X 10

MY TYPICAL DIET 6 WEEKS OUT
I use all the standard bodybuilding foods, and aim for 50 grams protein,
60 grams carbs, and 20 Grams of fat in each meal.
I will eat 7 meals a day.

MY FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL
In the off season, I almost always have a treat after every last meal of the day.
My favorite cheats are pizza, sushi, ice cream, and Tostitos lime chips with dip.

SOMETHING YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT ME
My favorite movie of all time is Top Gun.
