I started bodybuilding in high school to add muscle for sports. After about a year of training, I realized how quickly I was growing, and that I loved training. After a major knee injury, and subsequent surgery took me out of sports, bodybuilding became my main focus.

I met Johnny Doull after my second show, and he really pushed me to become a better bodybuilder. As years went on our friendship developed, and my progress became better. After 2014 nationals I had the opportunity to sign with MUTANT and never looked back since!

MY CURRENT WORKOUT SPLIT
Day 1: Quad's/Hamstrings
Day 2: Shoulders/Chest
Day 3: Bicep's/Triceps/Calves
Day 4: Back/Rear Delts
Day 5: OFF

MY FAVORITE WORKOUT – LEGS
Squats: a few warm up sets, then 3 work sets with 500-600lbs X 8-12 reps
Leg extensions: 4-5 X 20 reps, last 2 sets are drop sets
Leg Press: 1 X Muscle round. I will use the same weight for 10 reps,
then rest 10 seconds and repeat for 3-4 rounds. So it's like one big rest/pause set.
Lying leg curls: the same fashion as leg extensions

MY TYPICAL DIET 6 WEEKS OUT
Meal 1: 400g egg whites, 60g oats, 3g fish oil
Meal 2: 8oz lean steak, 100g veggies
Meal 3: 10oz fresh Haddock, 220g cooked rice
Meal 4: 10oz fresh Haddock, 1 tbsp olive oil, 100g veggies
Meal 5: 7oz Chicken breast, 220g cooked rice
Post Training: 2 scoops MUTANT PRO 100, 80g carbs
Meal 6: 400g egg whites, 2 whole eggs

MY FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL
Any frozen yogurt place where make your own bowl, like Menchies, etc.

I'm actually a very good snowboarder.
I have over 15 years of experience, and I've been getting back into it since my knee surgery a few years ago.
