After a few years of working out, I listened to all the people who were encouraging me to compete, and I did my first show. It was the 2014 Southern Alberta Championships, where I won the Figure Overall. A couple weeks later, I followed up by winning my class at the Alberta Provincials, which qualified me to do the Canadian Nationals. I knew I had a good package and a great chance to do well, so I was extremely happy to wind up winning my class and the Overall to win my IFBB Pro Card. The win made me the youngest Canadian IFBB Figure Pro, at age 20.
Life as a Pro has been great so far, placing 3rd and 5th in my first two Pro shows.
Goal with MUTANT is to be competing on the 2016 Olympia, and to bring a better package each time I step on stage. However, the greatest part of all of this, is being able to motivate and inspire others. It was something I never planned on, and it's been the best experience.
MY CURRENT WORKOUT SPLIT
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Delts
Day 3: Chest and Arms
Day 4: Delts
Day 5: Back
I take TWO days off somewhere in this rotation.
For example, I may take a day off after chest/arms, and another off after back.
MY FAVORITE WORKOUT – SHOULDERS
Seated Dumbell Press working up to 50's- 60lb dumbells: 4 X 6-10
Rear delt cable laterals: 4 X 8-12
Front raises with cable: 4 X 8-12
Dumbbell rear lateral raises: 4 X 8-12
Side laterals, drop-setting from 25lb X 10 reps, down to 5lb X 10 reps: 3 X drop-sets
Plate front raises: 2 X 15
Cable high rear pulls: 2 X 15
Finish off with seated side laterals to burn out

I've been on my own since I was 16. I don't watch any TV or movies, and I love cardio!!!
