Trevor Koot, CBBF National Competitor
DATE OF BIRTH: June 13, 1978, Simcoe, Ontario, Canada
CURRENT RESIDENCE: Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada
HEIGHT: 6' (187cm).
CONTEST WEIGHT: 270 lbs (122kg)
OFF SEASON WEIGHT: 320 lbs (145kg)
Trevor is relatively new to the world of competitive bodybuilding. In 2011, he won the Overall at his first two shows ever, the Saskatchewan Novice Show, and the Saskatchewan Provincials. Having competed in four Nationals and two North Americans since, his highest placing came this year (2015) at Nationals with a third place finish in the Super Heavyweight Division.
It was backstage at the 2012 Nationals that Trevor was approached by Ryan Keller of MUTANT about joining the team, something that would galvanize Trevor's future in the sport.
Trevor admits that bodybuilding, though a passion and lifestyle for him, will always come third to his family and career. However, that does not diminish the fact that dedication and consistency come easy to the 300+ lbs bodybuilder, and an Overall win at Canadian Nationals and IFBB pro card are the goal.
