The MUTANT MANSION is back! It's been a very long time since the last MUTANT MANSION, which was in Denver in 2013. We were due. This time we decided to bring the boys closer to HQ (which is in the Vancouver, Canada area).

First of all, if you haven't seen it, watch it above.

I don't feel like I'm exaggerating when I say the MADNESS Mine ad was one of the craziest, most difficult projects we have ever worked on here at MUTANT. The planning was tough, the shoot was complicated, and the post-production was very time-consuming.

What kind of protein powder should I invest in?

This is one of the most common questions I get about supplements. There are so many different blends and formulas of whey protein, that people get a bit carried away and make it far more complicated than they need to. At the end of the day, there is a very simple answer based on a few criteria that I use to try and help people make the right decision.

When to WING IT

Our video content is really good. I feel like I can say that without bragging as it's pretty much agreed within the industry that MUTANT has the best videos. A lot of people ask questions about how much planning goes into some of our bigger or more successful shoots.

It's supposed to. But behind the scenes it is definitely an exhausting (although rewarding) experience.

Behind The Lens #6 - GoPro

1/5/2015 10:11 PM

We had Rob Graham come into town a couple weeks ago and shoot some video with us. It’s been a while since we've featured Rob, so it was definitely time. We shot two workouts in one day, arms (of course, have you seen his guns?!) and delts. Doug and I ran the typical setup we’ve used lately, (Doug is our contracted B-camera operator). My Sony FS700, his Canon DSLR rig, and Canon glass on both cameras...
