Walking through the gym these days I see less and less people training with a partner and more people training on their own. It can be difficult to find a partner with similar goals, similar fitness levels and a high level of focus and determination like you — so sometimes it seems like it only makes sense to train without a partner. However, there may also be days where you do not want to train at all. You drag yourself to the gym, only to end up half-assing most of the exercises and leave feeling like you wasted time and energy.
